Anna Bond

is an expert in executive assessment and development, management due diligence, M&A due diligence, top team effectiveness and coaching. Much of her coaching work has centred on developing and supporting executives through transitions and pivotal points in their careers. International in outlook and focus, she consults regularly throughout the UK and Europe, United States and AsiaPac. She brings over 20 years’ of consulting and leadership advisory experience, with particular sector experience within private equity, financial and professional services, pharmaceuticals, med and bio-tech, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications and fast-moving consumer goods.

Anna was part of the founding team of ghSMART in London and responsible for building and delivering client work within the UK and across Europe for some of the leading investment houses.

Experienced in both the design and use of psychometrics, she was a founding member of RHR International's Objective Testing Centre of Expertise and brings an analytical and rigorous approach to her consulting. In 2007, Anna led a pan-Europe/U.S. research study into private equity called ‘Human Capital in Private Equity’ and was instrumental in setting up RHR's Private Equity Practice.

Anna holds British Psychological Society membership and Division of Occupational Psychology status and is a qualified Gestalt executive coach. She gained an MSc. in Industrial / Organisational Psychology (1st Class honours) from the University of Canterbury, NZ. She holds a certificate in Systemic Approaches, Families and Organisations, from The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust and completed further post-graduate study in Board Dynamics with The Tavistock Institute, London. She enjoys building various pro-bono work into her work portfolio.
